STEP 02
Secure Your Date
Once you’ve chosen your package, click “Book Now” to view available dates and times. If you don’t see a time that works for you, you can submit a suggested time and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
STEP 03
Make It Official
After selecting (or requesting) your date and time, you’ll complete the contract, questionnaire, and payment. Once those are submitted, your session is officially booked! Yay! (One more step to go!)
STEP 04
Meet Your Booking Manager
Within 24–48 hours, Bella, our booking manager, will personally reach out to you. She’ll confirm all details, help you choose locations using our exclusive location lookbook, answer any questions, and be your main point of contact leading up to your session.
STEP 05
Picture time with EKV
It’s finally shoot day! Come fully dressed with all outfits, details, and props ready—when in doubt, bring it! Feel free to bring a friend or family member for support, and most importantly, bring a positive attitude. We’ll have so much fun, and I’ll take care of the rest.
STEP 06
Editing & Gallery Delivery
After your session, I’ll walk you through what to expect next—including how you’ll receive your photos and your gallery timeline. Galleries are delivered within up to 3 weeks. I put a lot of love into every image, and as a full-time college student, extra care sometimes means a little extra time!
